Hi there!

My name is Sebastiaan and I’m an addict. An addict to all things coffee. If I’m not making or drinking coffee I’m most likely repairing, restoring or modifying some sort of coffee equipment. If you’re interested in seeing how I restore and repair the various coffee equipment that I get my hands on, feel free to subscribe and / or bookmark. So how did this get started?

A few years ago I actually started this blog as a freebie on WordPress.com. While that particular setup has been good to me, it did come with a host of limitations and that is exactly why I have moved on from sebastiaanswinkels.wordpress.com to www.WholeLatteCoffee.com. The love for coffee however existed long before that, the urge to actually write about it didn’t come until I tried finding extensive information about restoration and modifications. I had to dig to even find information and when I did, it was often scattered in threads on forums that required you to be a registered and approved user just to read. I thought I’d help a few people out by writing the posts that I myself was looking for and making them easy to read and find.
